Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the timepiece you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the watch in its original presentation box, including all certificates of authenticity, manuals, and protective films, then secure it within a shipping carton.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package to ensure secure transit to our inspection center.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
